Kevin McLachlan  has a B.A. HONS H.DE from the University of Natal and taught at Maritzburg College & St, Pauls College, he also played cricket and hockey at club level.  He is a keen salt water & offshore fisherman.

Kevin began his Real Estate career in 1994 working for Bruce Jooste Estates and then Realty Executives where he developed a team and then finally ran his own office.  During this time, 2000—2002, Kevin attained Top M.L.S. listing & selling team and also received an award for Top 100 International Agents Worldwide. He left Realty Executives to open a branch of Realty 1 Elk in 2002 which expanded into offices in Van Der Bijl, Midrand, Alberton & Johannesburg South.

He has been involved in numerous townhouse developments as well as re-zoning land in Alberton Central from Residential to Commercial, in Naturena from Agricultural to Residential 3 as well as in Brakpan.  Kevin has launched and sold numerous Townhouse and Cluster Developments.
